Agreement
By using this website or holding WGTBN membership you agree to these terms. They apply to members, partners, sponsors, and visitors alike.
Membership
Membership is personal to the individual or organisation approved and may not be transferred. WGTBN may decline or withdraw membership where conduct falls below the standards set out in the member code of conduct.
Payments and Currency
Membership and sponsorship amounts are quoted in Ghanaian Cedi (₵ GHS) unless otherwise stated. Where an amount is shown in another currency, the Cedi figure is the reference amount.
Programs and Events
Program places and event registrations are subject to availability, eligibility, and confirmation. Dates and formats may change where circumstances require.
Intellectual Property
All content, resources, and brand material on this site belong to WGTBN and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
WGTBN provides access, guidance, and introductions. It does not guarantee commercial outcomes arising from membership, programs, or partnerships.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
